In a new social media post, the actress flaunts her fantastic figure in a red bikini at Niraamaya Life Wellness retreat. \u201cThank you for a wonderful holiday,\u201d she captioned the series of Instagram snaps. \u00a0\u201cLovely sets of curves,\u201d one of her followers commented. \u201cPretty,\u201d added another. How does the star approach health and wellness? Here are her top diet and fitness habits.<\/p>\n<p>Shriya works out Daily. \u201cI workout every day and that is how I stay fit,\u201d Shriya told <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.thehindu.com\/features\/metroplus\/workout-is-a-part-of-my-routine\/article2935143.ece\">The Hindu<\/a>. She likes to get her workout in first thing in the AM. \u201cIt is a part of my daily routine, I really enjoy it.\u201d She added to <a rel=\"noopener noreferrer external nofollow\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/timesofindia.indiatimes.com\/life-style\/health-fitness\/fitness\/shriya-saran-doesnt-have-a-gym-membership\/articleshow\/17320162.cms\">Times of India<\/a>:\u201dI exercise every day, not because I am an actor but because exercising keeps me healthy and happy,\u201d Shriya loves to do yoga. However, due to her busy work schedule she doesn\u2019t always get the opportunity.\u00a0 \u201cBut I do it whenever I get a chance, it leaves me so refreshed, both body and mind,\u201d she told The Hindu.<\/p>\n<p>Shriya prioritizes her mental health as well as her physical. Meditation is one of her key practices. \u201cI try my best to take out time for exercise and also meditation, it really brings me peace of mind,\u201d she told The Hindu.<\/p>\n<p>Shriya eats everything in moderation. \u201cI don\u2019t restrict myself from any food item. I am a non-vegetarian and I love home cooked food which usually includes daal, roti, aloo ki sabji, sambhar and fish. I try to avoid ice cream and sweets though,\u201d she told The Hindu.<\/p>\n<p>Shriya also dances \u201cI enjoy dancing, mostly Kathak. I also swim whenever I get time,\u201d she told The Hindu.<\/p>\n<p>Shriya detailed her daily diet to The Times of India. \u201cI start my day with a glass of orange juice \u2014 it\u2019s rich in vitamin C, good for the skin and helps burn fat. After an hour, I have a masala omelette made from two egg whites, a bowl of porridge and a paratha. Between lunch and breakfast, I munch on fruit,\u201d she said. \u201cLunch is usually grilled fish with two chapatis, sabzi and daal. I dig Malabar, Andhra and Goan fish curry. I enjoy most vegetables but I am not a fan of karela. And I stay away from red meat. I like having an evening snack of sprout or vegetable salad along with nuts. My mother\u2019s chana cutlets, I love. I make sure I eat dinner by 7.30 pm since the body\u2019s metabolism slows down late at night, and food is stored as fat.\u201d Her before bed treat? A glass of hot milk drizzled with honey. \u201cAnd I never compromise on sleep,\u201d she added. She has one guilty pleasure. \u201cDark chocolate. My fridge is always stuffed with bars,\u201d she told Times of India. \u201cI am addicted to coffee, which is not such a good thing.
