In her initial filing, Park requested joint legal custody and visitation rights for Post but sought primary physical custody for herself.<\/p>\n

The Sunflower singer pushed back hard in May, filing paperwork to get her case tossed out.\u00a0<\/p>\n

He accused Park of trying to gain a strategic edge by filing in Los Angeles rather than Utah.<\/p>\n

His powerhouse attorney Laura Wasser argued that the child already has deep roots in Utah \u2014 including a nanny, a pediatrician, and a set routine with music, gym, and swimming classes.<\/p>\n

In Park\u2019s most recent documents, submitted to the LA Superior Court\u2019s family law division, she refers to their daughter only by the initials DDP.<\/p>\n

In her latest bid, Park asked the court for full physical custody of their two-year-old, though she said she\u2019s willing to share joint legal custody and allow Post visitation, often referred to as ‘parenting time.’<\/p>\n

Park is additionally demanding that Post foot the bill for her legal fees.<\/p>\n

When it comes to child support, Park noted in the documents: ‘The court may make orders for support of the children and issue an earnings assignment without further notice to either party.’<\/p>\n

Post, for his part, has already lodged sealed custody documents in Utah, where he maintains his primary residence, but he has not yet formally addressed Park\u2019s latest demands.<\/p>\n

The cozy Milan outing with Korkunova also came on the heels of Post stepping into an entirely different spotlight \u2014 as the newest face of Kim Kardashian\u2019s SKIMS line.<\/p>\n

The hitmaker recently bared his newly slimmed-down frame in a campaign for the brand, stripping down to camouflage boxer briefs in a photoshoot staged in the woods of his adopted home state of Utah.<\/p>\n

Speaking with GQ,<\/a>\u00a0the Texas native revealed how the collaboration came about and even credited a favorite SKIMS staple for helping him get through freezing nights.<\/p>\n
