The big basketball weekend takes over Los Angeles Feb. 12-15

A generational-spanning, genre-wide lineup of artists is set to perform at NBA All-Star Weekend.

Running across three nights, its live music series kicks off the weekend on Feb. 12 with K-pop group Cortis, followed by a performance from Grammy-winning industry multi-hyphenate Ludacris on Feb. 13. The concert run then will take a bow on Feb. 14 when chart-topper Shaboozey hits the stage.

NBA All-Star Weekend will run Feb. 12-15, enriching Los Angeles with fan experiences and lots of basketball all around the city. The Los Angeles Convention Center will operate as grounds zero with the NBA Crossover fan experience, dousing the 300,000 square feet of space in all things NBA and pop culture. Alongside the concert series, it will host viewing parties, games, food trucks, DJs and the NBA Creator Court, a showcase for content creators with meet and greets, hoop clinic, livestreams, basketball challenges and the PlayStation NBA Creator Cup.

Other festivities over the course of the weekend include the Ruffles NBA All-Star Celebrity Game and the fifth annual NBA HBCU Classic, where Hampton University takes on North Carolina A&T State University, both at the Kia Forum.

It all comes to a head with the milestone 75th All-Star Game on Feb. 15 at Intuit Dome. The competition unfolds in a new format where two teams of U.S. players and one of international players, each with a minimum of eight players, will compete in a round-robin tournament of four 12-minute games. Fans not in attendance can watch from home on NBC and Peacock. Â
