You never know where you’ll discover a sparkling crown in Southern California, but if you’re calling upon Crown City, otherwise known as Pasadena, the chances are high that you may encounter something elegant and glittery.
And if you stop by Civic Plaza in the coming days, you’ll find a festive photo backdrop with a crown as its central feature. The location’s lovely name? Why it’s Step Up, Queen, of course.
There’s no mystery as to why this is: It’s Rose Parade season in the rosy city, and a new giveaway, one that has a glammed-up snapshot spot, is in the works.
Simply swing by the photo spot, take a picture, follow Visit Pasadena and Sharp Seating, and tag and share your image. You’ll be entered in a giveaway with quite the cool prize: two tickets to the 2026 Rose Parade, which rolls Jan. 1.
