The City of Oakland is putting more resources into fighting illegal dumping. The mayor announced the city has expanded cleanup operations to seven days a week. Previously, crews mostly worked Monday through Friday and had a hard time keeping up with all the trash. But as Da Lin reports, critics say the city also needs to do more to enforce the law and hold dumpers accountable.
