BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The weather is much quieter as we get ready to start a brand new week as a new ridge of high pressure noses on in toward the California coast.
Our highs are still expected to be on the cool to chilly side across the South Valley, with temperatures expected to be just a tad warmer from the Kern River Valley to the Antelope and Indian Wells Valleys by a handful of degrees.
We’re looking at relatively quiet weather to continue for several more days. By about midweek, however, a new weather pattern may start to emerge. Details are still fuzzy but there is a CHANCE that more active weather may get going in or around our region.
Be sure to check back in for the very latest as holiday travels and plans may be affected.
