Body pulled from Lake Natoma, California State Parks says

Crews on Monday pulled the body of a person from Lake Natoma, according to the California Department of Parks and Recreation.On Sunday morning, officials found personal belongings along the American River Bike Trail by the waterline of the lake, prompting a search in the area, California State Parks said.That prompted a search. State Parks, along with the Sacramento County Sheriff’s Office dive team and in coordination with Folsom fire and police departments, searched the surrounding area. They found the body of the deceased male around 11:20 a.m. Monday.State Parks said it is waiting for the Sacramento County coroner to continue the investigation and identify the body.No other details were released.
