LiveCopter 3 is overhead as Sacramento Fire crews are trying to move one of their trucks that appeared stuck in waters near Discovery Park on Monday evening.Crews had arrived on the scene to assist a woman who was surrounded by water. The woman was later taken to safety on a raft. After the rescue, fire crews have been slowly trying to navigate one of their vehicles through the water. Crews had arrived on the scene to assist a woman who was surrounded by water. The woman was later taken to safety on a raft.
