BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The finishing touches are being put on floats for the 2026 Tournament of Roses Parade in Pasadena.
The celebration draws participants from across the country and this year the state of Louisiana is showcasing their unique culture.
Lieutenant Governor of Louisiana Billy Nungesser and American Idol runner-up John Foster gave Eyewitness News a sneak peek at what will be featured in the parade.
