Man arrested after found passed out in car in middle of road; “over 3x the legal limit”

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — A man was arrested after he was found passed out in the driver’s seat of a car in the middle of the road in Fresno.

CHP Fresno says the man was found to be over three times the legal limit.
