There’s no end in sight for the waterlogged state of California, as the active pattern will keep the threat for flooding in the forecast through early next week. Rain will move back in Friday and continue on and off through the weekend. We can’t rule out an isolated tornado Saturday across Northern California and the Central Valley as the system approaches the West Coast.
