Re “How San Diego County could soon crack down on polluters, landlords and insurers” (Dec. 27): Bureaucrats have an endless appetite for wasting your tax dollars. It’s a crowded field, but Supervisor Terra Lawson-Remer seems to have sunk to new lows. Let’s blow $6 million on more lawyers and staff, said no taxpayer ever.
