BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — Now that we are in January, we can look back at a December that was much chillier than warm. 22 days came in on the “cold” side, and until the latter part of the month it was mainly a dry time under the influence of high pressure and Tule fog.

We are looking at a pretty active West Coast weather pattern with more rainfall opportunities around the area Sunday.
