BAKERSFIELD, Calif.(KBAK/KBFX) — Caltrans announced on Monday, Jan. 5, that the Tejon Pass rest areas in Kern County have reopened following storm-related closures.

The reopening follows the second closing on Friday. Officials said the closure was due to the recent storm, which impacted ponds in the area.
