The Philadelphia Flyers are down to 16 skaters in their game vs. the Anaheim Ducks, as both Bobby Brink and Jamie Drysdale have exited the game.

Brink was pulled early on in the game after a collision with Jansen Harkins at 2:32 into the game. Noah Cates stepped in and fought Harkins after the play, earning a 10-minute misconduct for instigating.

Brink went down the tunnel and never returned to the game.

2:39 into the second period, Ross Johnston clipped Jamie Drysdale, who was blindsided, with an elbow far away from the play. It was a dirty hit.

Drysdale was on the ice, face down, for quite some time before eventually skating off the ice with help. The stretcher came out for Drysdale, but was never used.

Both players went down and have not returned.

Brink has 11 goals and 20 points this season in 41 games, and Drysdale, the former Duck, has 3 goals and 18 points in the same number of games.

With both players yet to return, the Flyers have 16 skaters, 11 forwards and 5 defenseman.

An update will be provided when available.

Update

Bobby Brink has officially been ruled out with an upper-body injury, per Flyers GM Danny Briere.

As expected, Jamie Dyrsdale has also been ruled out of the game due to injury.
