The Las Vegas Raiders fired their head coach, Pete Carroll, on Monday, hoping to start a new direction. The 2-15 season was disappointing to say the least, with the team having at least mediocre expectations. However, it turned out to be a disaster, with the only reward being the number one pick in the draft.

It would seem the Raiders would look to the quarterback position to guide them toward the future. The easy pick right now is Fernando Mendoza, but things could change in the next three months.
