Fresno Police Seek Help Locating Missing 17-Year-Old

Fresno police are asking for the public’s help locating a 17-year-old boy who has been reported missing.

Phillip Ockletree was last seen near Bullard Avenue and First Street on Sunday at about 12 p.m., according to authorities.

Police said Phillip was wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, brown pants and black Adidas shoes when he was last seen.
