Prediction: Both of these teams have had impressive starts to the season, but the 49ers have really been ravaged by injuries including the loss of top linebacker Fred Warner last week, which could be a huge factor for them on Sunday. My pick: I love the way San Francisco has played this year, but I think the injuries might be too much to overcome this week, especially with the way Atlanta seems to be able to move the ball with Robinson running it and Penix throwing it. I think I would just take Atlanta to win straight up in this game, but if I were betting the total, I like the under in this game.
