Community asked to help locate missing teen in Fresno | CBS47 and KSEE24

FRESNO, Calif. (KSEE/KGPE) – Fresno Police are asking for the community’s help in looking for a teenager who has been missing since Sunday.

Police said that 17-year-old Phillip Ockletree was last seen near Bullard Avenue at around noon.

He was last seen wearing a blue long-sleeve shirt, brown pants and black Adidas shoes.
