FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — A man was hit by a vehicle while riding a scooter in Southeast Fresno.
It happened near Chestnut and Tulare around 6:30 Tuesday evening.
Fresno Police say the driver involved remained at the scene.
The victim suffered a broken leg.
Police believe the man on the scooter was at fault.
