FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — The Fresno Police Department announced the arrest of a man on multiple sexual assault charges.

30-year-old Santiago Flores was arrested on Tuesday in Mendota, following two incidents involving juveniles in Fresno.

Police say Flores asked a female juvenile to get into his vehicle in November, while she was walking to school near South Cedar Avenue and East Cesar Chavez Boulevard.

She declined and continued walking to school.

While investigating the incident, police learned that a similar incident with a female juvenile happened in September, leading to multiple sex crimes in a nearby parking lot.

They say he then drove her to school.

The suspect in both incidents was positively identified as Flores.

The Fresno Police Department believes there may be other victims and is asking for them to come forward.
