Brooks asserts that officers entered her home without a warrant, detained her, and used excessive force after she inquired about her constitutional rights on December 20, 2025.
Brooks recounted the incident, stating, “I listened to any questions they asked me. I answered it. Anything they told me to do, I did it.”
She described being tackled to the ground by multiple officers, resulting in her nightgown being torn open, leaving her exposed in front of neighbors.
“It’s like they see me naked and I’m so embarrassed,” Brooks said.
