LARAMIE, Wyo. — The Wyoming Cowboys will head to the Valley to face off against Fresno State on Saturday. Wyoming heads into the contest looking for their second road win in conference play.

Wyoming heads into the contest with an 11-6 overall record and a 2-4 mark in conference play after falling to San Diego State on Tuesday. The Pokes average 82.4 points per game, the second-best scoring rate in the conference. Defensively, UW allows 72.8 points per night.

The Bulldogs, meanwhile, head into the game with an 8-9 record, also 2-4 in Mountain West play and coming off a 79-69 win over Colorado State. Fresno State averages 73.1 points per game and allows 70.8 per night.

Wyoming is led in scoring this season by Leland Walker’s 14.2 points per game. He also adds a team-high 3.8 assists per game, which ranks sixth in the conference. Naz Meyer adds 13.7 points per game and 5.1 rebounds per game. He is shooting 50% from the field.

Khaden Bennett adds 9.6 points per game, and ranks second on the team with 4.5 rebounds per night. He also ranks sixth in the MW, shooting over 86% from the free throw line. He is second on the team with 48 helpers on the season.
