FRESNO, Calif. (KFSN) — The Fresno Police Department is asking for help identifying more victims after a man was arrested for sexual assault incidents with a teen.

In November 2025, the suspect, 30-year-old Santiago Flores, drove up to a teen girl when she was walking to school near Cedar Avenue and Cesar Chavez Boulevard.

He asked the teen to get into his car, but the teen declined and continued toward campus.

Later, investigators learned that in September 2025, Flores drove up next to another teenage girl as she was heading to school near Cedar and Church Avenues, asking her to get into his car for sex.

The girl entered his vehicle and they drove off to a nearby parking lot. That’s where police say he assaulted her.

Flores then drove the victim to school.

The victim identified Flores. He was arrested on January 13 in Mendota.

Fresno Police say that even though they have arrested Flores, they are asking the community to locate any more victims who might have encountered him.

If anyone has additional information regarding this investigation or about additional victims, they are encouraged to contact the Fresno Police Department.
