FORT COLLINS, Colo.—Amira Brown scored a career-high 22 points and shot 50 percent from the field as the San José State women’s basketball team fell at Colorado State,75-60, Saturday afternoon in a Mountain West game.

Brown was 7-for-14 from the field, making three three-pointers, and 5-for-6 from the free throw line.
She also led the team with nine rebounds and dished out two assists.
Maya Anderson added 14 points, five rebounds, five assists and four steals.
Five other players scored in the game including Amelie Sitterud who came off the bench and scored a career-high seven points. She also grabbed three rebounds and blocked one shot.
Kaliyah Dillard tied her season-high with three blocked shots.
The Spartans had an 18-17 lead after the first quarter, taking the lead on a Kat Anderson layup with four seconds remaining.
SJSU held the lead for 9:37 of the game.
