250 RACE RESULTS HEAT 2
Max Anstie fought hard but would have to settle for second.
In the second heat, it was Max Anstie getting out front early. Max was followed by the rest of the Star Racing Yamaha team as both Haiden Deegan and Michael Mosiman battled behind him. Cameron McAdoo made some early moves and put himself into the fourth spot. Deegan would move into second and start the battle with Max Anstie. Deegan was on the gas, looking for every possible point on the track to make a move. Finally, Deegan made the pass stick and would begin to run away with the lead. Deegan was truly flying around the track.

250 RACE RESULTS HEAT 1
Max Vohland wins heat number one in San Diego.
The heat race started with Hunter Yoder grabbing the holeshot, and he was followed around by his teammate, Max Vohland. Yoder and Vohland actually began to create a gap on the third-place rider of Chance Hymas. Also in the mix, sitting in the fourth spot was Robbie Wageman. Levi Kitchen was buried in the pack and slowly began moving through the field. As time began to wind down, Max Vohland made the move on Hunter Yoder for the lead, and he would continue to gain ground with the clear track ahead. Vohland would go on to take the win.
