The San Francisco 49ers have been mercilessly ridiculed online after an elaborate tunnel entrance preceded their humiliating playoff exit.

Fans pounced on The Niners after they were systematically dismantled by the Seattle Seahawks in a 41-6 defeat in the NFC Divisional Round on Saturday night.

Shortly after the loss, footage of their pre-game tunnel walk-out showed the 49ers roster dancing and hyping themselves up before taking to Lumen Field.

However, their celebrations proved short-lived as Rashid Shaheed returned the opening kickoff 95 yards for a touchdown just 13 seconds into the game.

The stunning touchdown kickstarted the Seahawks drubbing of the 49ers and sparked the furious online reaction centered around their walk-out.

Taking to X, one fan shared the clip and wrote: ‘All this just to come out and kick 2 field goals’.

Another wrote: ‘If you walk out like this, at an opposing teams’ stadium, you should be required to walk back in like that when you get that a** spanked. Just saying.’

‘WHERE’S THE VIDEO OF THEM LEAVING AFTER GETTING ALMOST HALF A CENTURY DROPPED ON EM??,’ another asked.

’49ers getting off the plane in Cancun next week,’ another fan joked.

Meanwhile, Green Bay Packers star Micah Parsons also got involved in action and specifically poked fun at 49ers backup quarterback Mac Jones.

In the viral walk-out video, Jones could be seen performing a ‘gun fingers’ celebration towards a camera – which ultimately backfired.

Reacting to Jones’ cameo in the clip, Parsons wrote: ‘Mac at the 27 mark has me in tears [laughing emojis]’.

The 49ers offense, missing key stars George Kittle, Fred Warner, and Nick Bosa, failed to find the end zone for the entire duration of the contest.

San Francisco was forced to settle for two field goals from kicker Eddy Piñeiro, accounting for their only points of the night.

Quarterback Brock Purdy struggled under relentless pressure, finishing with 140 yards, one interception, and a lost fumble against Seattle’s defense.

Tensions boiled over during the game when 49ers star Deommodore Lenoir resorted to a cheap shot during Saturday’s defeat.

The cornerback was captured losing his cool and headbutting Seattle Seahawks star Jaxon Smith-Njigba during the third quarter.

With the Seahawks already leading with a dominant 27-6 lead with just over seven minutes remaining in the third, Lenoir was seen approaching the wide receiver and driving his helmet into his face seemingly unprovoked.

The top-seeded Seahawks now advance to the NFC Championship game, leaving the 49ers to face a long offseason of criticism for their pre-game antics.

The Seahawks will host either the Chicago Bears or the Los Angeles Rams next Sunday with a trip to the Super Bowl at stake.
