CLOVIS, Calif. (KFSN) — The Clovis Police Department has confirmed to Action News that ICE conducted operations this morning near Shepherd and Willow.
Clovis Police say ICE notified the department before 7:00 a.m. on Monday that federal agents would be in the area.
No Clovis officers assisted or were requested to assist ICE.
Clovis police say the notification from ICE was standard for any law enforcement activity by another agency in their jurisdiction.
No word on what prompted the activity or if anyone was detained as part of the operation.
