Several merchants in San Francisco Tuesday announced a new lawsuit against PG&E following December’s massive blackout caused by a substation fire.
Following the blackout, which left some 130,000 customers without power across much of San Francisco the weekend before Christmas, PG&E announced automatic credits of $2,500 for businesses and $200 for residents affected.
Those impacted by the outages argue that the credits aren’t enough to given the amount of business lost during the busy, holiday period.
