Fresno Yosemite International Airport experienced a record-breaking year in 2025.

The airport revealed Tuesday that it served over 2.75 million passengers last year.

By the numbers: In total, Fresno Yosemite International Airport served 2,752,392 passengers in 2025.

That was an increase of nearly 2.97% from 2024, when the airport served over 2.67 million passengers.

International passenger trips grew by 4% to total 433,636 passengers.

The airport also handled over 20 million pounds of cargo in 2025.

What they’re saying: “Surpassing 2.7 million passengers in 2025 marks a significant milestone for Fresno Yosemite International Airport and our region,” said Fresno Mayor Jerry Dyer. “The airport remains a powerful driver of jobs and economic growth across the Central Valley, and with an expanded terminal, a new International Arrivals Facility, and enhanced concessions, we are well positioned to welcome even more travelers to Fresno.”

Fresno interim Director of Aviation Francisco Partida added, “The continued growth in passenger traffic at Fresno Yosemite International Airport reflects our airline partners’ confidence in the region’s strong demand for air travel. As more travelers choose to fly Fresno and fill seats, airlines recognize the need to expand service to meet this growing demand. This growth demonstrates FAT’s emergence as a dynamic travel hub.”
