BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Coroner’s Office has identified a man who died in a motorcycle crash as 26-year-old Donte Javon William of Ridgecrest.
The report said on January 9, 2026, at around 2:30 p.m., William was in a crash on Jacks Ranch Road, south of Upjohn Avenue, in Ridgecrest.
The coroner’s report said William was the operator of a motorcycle involved in a solo-vehicle crash.
He died at the scene from his injuries.
