The California Highway Patrol said on Friday, October 17, 2025, at around 9:56 a.m., officers were called to northbound Highway 99, south of Golden State Avenue, for reports of a solo-vehicle crash.
CHP said a preliminary investigation found that Bravo was driving a gray 2012 Toyota Camry northbound on Highway 99, just south of Golden State Avenue, at an unknown rate of speed.
According to CHP, for reasons still under investigation, the Toyota veered toward a northeasterly direction and left the east roadway edge of Highway 99.
CHP said as a result, the Toyota struck a metal guardrail that was on the east shoulder. After striking the guardrail, the Toyota continued out of control in a northwesterly direction, ultimately hitting the center divider wall, where it came to rest.
Bravo sustained severe injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
According to CHP, it is unknown whether alcohol and/or drugs were factors in this crash.
