The Regional Occupational Center Cafe has reopened, offering students from various high schools hands-on training in a real-life work setting.

The cafe, located at 501 South Mount Vernon, serves up delicious dishes three days a week, Wednesday through Friday.

Students take on roles as chefs, prep cooks, and servers, gaining skills for culinary careers or other fields. When the restaurant is closed, they continue their training and education.
