The non-profit organization Our Children’s Earth Foundation sued the EPA for failing to take official action on California’s state implementation plans for six years.
Our Children’s Earth Foundation filed a lawsuit in the United States District Court for the Northern District of California on Sunday, alleging the EPA violated the Clean Air Act by failing to take final action on at least 136 SIP submissions from the State of California dating back to August 2018.
