Outsiders Adventure Community reimagines education in Kern County

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — A local organization is bringing a new approach to education to the Kern County Community,

Outsiders Adventure Community offers hands on, outdoor learning experiences for student from transition-kindergarten through High School.

Owner Callie Johnson joined ARC Bakersfield to share how they are reimagining education.

Outsiders Adventure Community will be holding an open house on Tuesday, February 10 at their campus on 5225 Peacock Park Lane.

The event begins at 12:30 p.m. with a meet a greet, followed by a campus tour and question and answer session.
