Four people were displaced after a fire broke out at an apartment complex in Monterey this morning on Dela Vina Avenue, just after 10:30 a.m. Firefighters reported seeing smoke and flames coming from the windows upon arrival. Monterey Fire said they were able to contain the fire to the unit quickly. MONTEREY, Calif. —

Firefighters reported seeing smoke and flames coming from the windows upon arrival. Monterey Fire said they were able to contain the fire to the unit quickly.
