The Kern County Library’s Charlie Cart offers story time with a side of culinary creation

BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KBAK/KBFX) — The Kern County Library is introducing a new program that will bring the world of culinary arts to young readers.

The Charlie Cart offers cooking demonstration paired with a story time every Wednesday starting at 4 p.m. at Beale Memorial Library.
