Crews begin clearing site for Berryessa BART urban village – NBC Bay Area

A new housing project years in the making is finally moving forward in the South Bay.

Crews on Monday began clearing the site for a future Berryessa BART urban village in San Jose.

The project is expected to bring 700 new homes, including 280 affordable housing units.
