Del Mar Community Connections (DMCC) will host its annual Champagne and Chocolate Open House on Friday, Feb. 13, from 2 p.m. until 4 p.m. at their headquarters in the Del Mar Community Building (225 9th St.).
Older adults are invited to attend and to bring a longtime friend, new neighbor, or loved one to enjoy this free event featuring bubbly and sweet treats served by DMCC’s Social Good Times Committee. Current and new participants and volunteers will have the opportunity to mingle with others and learn about more ways to get involved with DMCC programs.
DMCC will also be participating in San Diego Love Your Heart Week at the event by performing blood pressure screenings and distributing heart health information.
