The 2026 NBA Rising Stars teams are in.
NBA on NBC analysts Carmelo Anthony, Tracy McGrady and Vince Carter made their picks Tuesday based off the player pool that was announced Monday, which included youngsters like Cooper Flagg, V.J. Edgecombe, Matas Buzelis and more.
There will be a fourth team in the Rising Stars challenge, which NBC and Peacock analyst Austin Rivers will lead.

When is the 2026 NBA Rising Stars Challenge?
The Rising Stars challenge is set for Friday, Feb. 13 at 9 p.m. ET/6 p.m. PT.
What is the 2026 NBA Rising Stars Challenge format?
The event will see a similar format to last year’s All-Star Game. There will be a mini tournament comprising the four teams. Team A will face Team B in the first semifinal before Team C and Team D battle in the second semifinal. The two victors will face off in the final.
For each semifinal, the winner will be the first team to reach or surpass 40 points. In the final, the winner will be the first team to reach or surpass 25 points.
