The Chicks had some exciting news to share with their fans this week.
On Tuesday, Jan. 27, the beloved country group announced brand-new show dates for 2026, with stops in two California cities set to take place this June.
Sharing the news via Instagram, the band announced two upcoming concerts: one in Highland, Calif., and the other in Lincoln, Calif. The shows will take place at the Yaamava’ Resort & Casino and the Venue at Thunder Valley, respectively.
“New shows announced for 2026,” the band wrote in the Instagram announcement on Tuesday, adding, “We can’t wait to see you!”
Fans were equally as excited over the new opportunities to see the band perform live, with several users in the comments confirming that they had already purchased tickets for one of the shows, leaving messages like “See you there!” and “Got mine!”
“My best friend and I are ‘Ready, ready to run’ to Thunder Valley!!!” someone else added.
The ticket presale for the new shows already began on Tuesday, with a general sale to follow on Friday, Jan. 30 at 10 a.m. PT.
“Yayyyy! We are soo back!!💛💖” one fan celebrated under the post, while someone else added, “Whattttttttt I’m so readyyy.”
“YES! So much YES!!!! See you there! Keep adding dates PLEASE,” another person chimed in.
“When I saw this I broke in to tears you are performing 5 min from me!” one emotional fan wrote in the comments, telling the group, ‘You have been role models to me since I was 8.”
The Chicks—made up of Natalie Maines, Martie Maguire and Emily Robinson—is known for a number of hit country-pop songs released throughout the ’90s and early 2000s, including “Cowboy Take Me Away,” “Wide Open Spaces” and “Not Ready To Make Nice,” just to name a few.
