Hundreds of volunteers with the Fresno-Madera Continuum of Care gathered to get a census of homeless people in both counties.

All the volunteers spent several hours, going from neighborhood to neighborhood to count the people.

The data collected helps direct resources where they are needed the most, guiding future services, funding, and outreach support.
