Authorities are in pursuit of a stolen U-Haul moving van in Los Angeles Wednesday morning.

Sky5 was overhead just after 5 a.m. as the truck traveled near the Los Angeles International Airport.

Video showed at least two people inside the U-Haul, which had its rear cargo door open as it traveled on the 405 Freeway.

Items could be seen falling out of the truck as police followed it on Manchester Avenue.

Three other people were believed to have jumped out of the truck in the South Los Angeles area earlier in the pursuit, KTLA’s Rich Prickett reported.

It was unclear when the pursuit began or where the truck was stolen from.

As Sky5 remained overhead at 5:20 a.m., the suspects jumped out of the U-Haul and ran into what appeared to be a waiting Lexus sedan as officers on foot tried to stop them.

The waiting vehicle was able to pull away from the officers and fled with an unknown number of people inside the dark colored car.

The LAPD air unit was also overhead as the pursuit continued on La Brea Avenue in the Baldwin Hills area.
