Massive Fire Destroys Mansion in California’s Wine Country

A massive fire destroyed a mansion in Angwin, California, located in Napa County, in the early hours on Wednesday, January 28.

Footage released by Cal Fire Sonoma-Lake-Napa Unit (LNU) shows firefighters working to battle fierce flames.

On X, Cal Fire LNU said the two-story home was a “total loss.”

“Investigators are on scene working to determine a cause and no injuries have been reported. Nearby residents can expect fire apparatus to remain on scene throughout the morning,” Cal Fire LNU wrote on X. Credit: CAL FIRE LNU via Storyful
