Woolworth’s owner touts building’s multi-purpose services and events

Sherod Waite, owner of Moneywise and the Woolworth’s building in downtown Bakersfield, says the building offers multi-purpose services, including podcasting and recording music in studios located in its basement.

Waite spoke with Eyewitness News at the Moneywise offices on the second floor of the Woolworth’s building.
