BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — Two Target stores opening in Bakersfield and Delano now have a grand opening date.
The stores are located at 6301 Gosford Rd., Bakersfield, and 321 Woollomes Ave., Delano, according to Target.

The two stores are part of Target’s commitment to build more than 300 new stores over the next 10 years, Target said.
The grand opening for both locations is scheduled for Sunday, March 15, according to Target.
Bakersfield Panama and Gosford Target
The Target at Panama and Gosford in Bakersfield is about 148,000 square feet and is expected to employ about 200 workers. Store hours are set from 8 a.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday through Saturday, officials said.
Target said the store in Bakersfield is slated to offer 16,000 square feet of fresh and affordable produce, meat and dairy, along with everyday essentials and pantry staples.
Delano Target
The Delano location is also about 148,000 square feet and is set to employ about 190 team members, according to Target. Store hours are from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m., Sunday through Saturday.
This will be the first Target store in Delano to offer an “expanded selection of fresh and affordable produce, meat and dairy,” Target said in a press release.
According to Target, both locations will offer same-day delivery via Target Circle 360, as well as free drive-up and order pickup services.
They are also expected to feature top brands like Apple, Disney, Starbucks and CVS Pharmacy.
