The uplifting annual celebration is happening daily over the end of January and the first three weeks of February at the Anaheim theme park, with pop-up happenings — “Mulan’s Lunar New Year Procession” is a much-loved centerpiece that returns each year — and all sorts of foods and drinks that pay homage to Korean, Chinese, and Vietnamese cuisine.
You can find these goodies for sale, at different restaurants and limited-time booths, through Feb. 22, when the Lunar New Year fun concludes.
The Year of the Horse Bread may be one of the snapshot-ready standouts of the 2026 line-up, which makes sense: The adorable snack will have guests trotting in the direction of Aunt Cass Café in San Fransokyo Square, where the Boudin sourdough offering is on the limited-time menu.
