Chefs Sarah and Evan Rich are known for their popular restaurants Rich Table and RT Rotisserie, but their latest big opening, RT Bistro, offers a new experience. Whereas RT Rotisserie skews more toward fast-casual and Rich Table offers a more high-end dining experience, RT Bistro is the platonic middle, with a number of well-priced dishes that will keep diners satisfied.

RT Bistro sells goods to take home, and given the couple’s attention to flavor, the selection of items is worth looking over. Beyond a signed copy of Rich Table’s cookbook, diners can take home RT’s chile crunch ($9), umami powder ($8), wild fennel levain ($9), and cultured butter ($7) as of January 2026.

Longtime Rich Table diners have clamored for the limited, off-menu burger that was available pre-pandemic — they only served 12 a night — but it’s finally found a permanent home at RT Bistro. If you’re looking for an excellent burger with cheddar and dill-pickled onions, served with triple-cooked fries ($28), this is the way.
