Fresno firefighters visit the woman they rescued at the hospital

FRESNO, Calif. (FOX26) — Fresno Fire Fighters visited a woman at the hospital after rescuing her from a house fire.

Firefighters responded to a house fire, and reports of an 89-year-old woman trapped upstairs in the home.

Firefighter Connor Mansheim and Fire Captain Frank Gibson found her and carried her to safety, where she was turned over to awaiting paramedics.

The woman was transferred to Community Regional Medical Center and was reported to be in critical condition.

However, it was reported that she is in stable condition and received a visit from the firefighters who saved her.
