Southbound 605 reduced to one lane from 11 p.m. Sunday to 5 a.m. Monday
All southbound 605 lanes will reopen to the public by 5 a.m. Monday, Caltrans said.
Several ramps connected to the freeway are also impacted:

Demolition of old concrete on the freeway will take place Friday night, Caltrans said. Residents and businesses located near the roadwork may experience noise, vibrations and dust.
Drivers are encouraged to avoid the area and take another route, including the northbound 110 Freeway, 710 Freeway and State Route 57.
There will be no full freeway closures while the work is being completed, the transportation department said.
Caltrans said there will be more 55-hour extended weekend lane reductions scheduled this year, and all closures are subject to change.
The work is part of the Super 605 Freeway Enhancement Project, which is meant to improve the interstate from Long Beach to the San Gabriel Valley.
